Expert tuition by Mike Langford or Jackie Ranken. Lunch, afternoon tea. Photography notes. 4WD access into otherwise inaccessible places.

Additional Costs

$20 for SD camera card (if you use our Canon 500DSLR's)

The Nevis Valley is a special place where both Mike and Jackie have made many of their award winning landscape and illustrative images. This four wheel drive photographic experience is an adventure into Central Otago's gold mining past and into some of New Zealand's most interesting, raw and unspoiled tore strewn landscapes. Anyone who visits this area is spellbound by it's raw, untamed nature.
The drive through to the Upper Nevis is dramatic and scenic. Great to see and photograph in any weather. At the turning point you will find a cluster of old miners cribs that are still in use today.
