THe Critique Process that we use on all of our workshops

The downloading and critique sessions are the foundation of the learning process. We discuss composition, design and celebrate all your photographic efforts.

Our aim is for you to leave the workshop satiated: knowing more about photography and also knowing more about yourself and what photography means to you.

On each workshop we compile images that will become part of a published hard cover book.

We publish a selection of 8 of your favourite images that represent and what you have learnt while on the workshop. It is great feeling to see your work edited and printed in a physical book or printed in our studio. Instead of having them sit in your hard drive or locked away in the cloud.

In all our workshops we concentrate on developing your camera skills and craft.

Our aim is to give you a wonderful time away, learning and making images that make you happy. We teach you all we know about in-camera multiple exposures, intentional camera movements ICM, composition, shooting in monochrome and more.

At the end of the workshop, we want you to feel like you are on the right path with your photography and know how to improve images that previously were not working for you.

With digital photography, it is so easy to make many many images. We help you to learn how to identify what images are keepers and then how to edit and process them for printing.

We share with you the reasons why and how we make photographs and encourage you to play and practice the skills we share.
